This is a private educational trust fund originally set up by Charles Edward Hampshire.

The Trust is now run and operated by the full compliment of 250 members (TRUSTEES)
 
We do not seek or raise donations from the public, nor receive contributions from any outside source.
 
In accordance with our Charter, all funds are raised by the members of the trust, and the trust only, from working as professional roulette players around the world.

We are not a charity.We are independent in all respects.We are private and discreet Philanthropists.We have no affiliations political, religious or otherwise. We choose this course because we have the freedom to do niche programs not covered by others or bogged down by bureaucracy

The A.C.E.T.F. is just one of many private and closed trusts working throughout the world helping people who need it.

As of 4th July 2009 we completed a full membership.We are now permanently "Closed" to public applications 

We have a "long term" approach to bring about as much "self help" as we can. Most of the main charities because of the continuous crisis situations have no option but to adopt the "help now" criteria. They do a marvelous job in very difficult situations.

If you are in a position to help others, we can only suggest that you can, by giving direct to your local ...Children In Need fund or indeed any of the great worldwide organizations helping others.
 
Together we can all contribute to making this a better world. We thank all those who help others in some way.
